Paper Submission
English is the official language. Submitted papers should be
original and have not been submitted to any other conferences or
journals. Accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors
as a condition for publication. Please follow the
ICCAI 2025 Conference template below.

Submission Methods
1. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at
the conference and be published in the conference proceedings.
2. Abstract (Presentation only)
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at
the conference, the abstract will not be published.

Publication
After the peer-review process, all accepted papers of ICCAI 2025 after proper registration and presentation will be published in one of the following conference proceedings or journals:
ICCAI 2025 CPS Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, and submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Journal of Advances in Information Technology (JAIT, ISSN: 1798-2340; CiteScore: 4.2, IF: 0.9): indexed by ESCI (Web of Science), Scopus, EBSCO, Google Scholar, CNKI, Crossref, etc.
International Journal of Computer Theory and Engineering (IJCTE, ISSN: 1793-8201): indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Scopus, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, CNKI, Crossref, ProQuest, EBSCO, etc.
Some excellent papers will be recommended for
publication in the
Optoelectronics Letters (ISSN: 1673-1905)
as a special issue, which will be indexed by
EI Compendex,
ESCI,
Scopus,
INSPEC, etc.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against
Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual
of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally
unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Best Presentation Award
One Best Presentation will be selected from each oral/poster
session. The Certificate for Best Presentation will be awarded after
each session of the conference.
Best Paper Award
The Conference Committee will select 2 best papers among all
accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award with 150USD per paper as
the bonus.
