Presentation Guideline
Instructions for Presenters
Speakers are requested to be in their respective
session rooms at least 15 minutes prior to the
commencement of each session.
The duration of a Keynote Presentation is 45 minutes
including 40 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes
of Q&A. The duration of a Invited Presentation is 25
minutes including 20 minutes of presentation and 5
minutes of Q&A. The duration of a regular
presentation is 15 minutes including 12 minutes of
presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A. We would
appreciate if all presenters can adhere strictly to
this time limit.
Presentation must be carried by using Microsoft
PowerPoint or PDF.
Speakers should bring the presentation materials in
a thumb-drive and upload the files 10 minutes prior
to the session beginning.
Instructions for Poster
Each poster
presentation will be a 5-minute brief introduction.The posters will be assigned in the
specific conference rooms. Poster presenters are
requested to transfer the home-made posters to the
onsite staff 30 minutes prior to the commencement of
each poster session.
At least one author should be present for each
poster during the poster session.
The poster should be in size A1 and can be
prepared according to the
Poster Template.
Best Presentation Award
One Best Presentation will be selected from each
oral/oral session. The Certificate for Best
Presentation will be awarded after each session of
the conference.
Dress Code
Please wear formal clothes or national
representative of clothing.
Personal Insurance
The conference organizers cannot accept liability
for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of
property belonging to conference participants,
either during, or as a result of the conference.
Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Along with your registration, you will receive your
name badge, which must be worn when attending all
conference sessions and activities. Participants
without a badge will not be allowed to enter the
conference venue.
Please do not lend your name badge to the persons
who are not involved in the conference and do not
bring the irrelevant persons into the conference
venue.
